RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Returns or exchanges are strictly limited to unopened products in original packaging.

  • Opened or used products will not be eligible for a refund or exchange due to hygiene and safety concerns.

  • Customers may initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of purchase by:

  • Refunds for purchases made via credit/debit cards will be credited back to the original payment method or issued in cash at Terea iqos stores.

  • Delivery charges apply for return or exchange products.

WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

We provide a strictly enforced 6-month limited warranty on devices only under the following conditions:

  • A valid proof of purchase is required to claim the warranty.

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only—misuse, wear and tear, liquid damage, or physical damage will void the warranty.

  • Warranty does not cover disposables, e-liquids, or accessories.

  • Tereaiqosstore.ae reserves the absolute right to approve or reject any warranty claim at our sole discretion.
